Here's How It Works...

Once you figure out which program you want at your school or library, you just figure out about how far away you are from Tyler, Texas (Tyler is just south of I-20 directly between Dallas, Texas and Shreveport, Louisiana). Here's how you calculate any mileage and travel fees (if any):

If you live within 75 miles of Tyler, there are no travel fees
If you are MORE than 75 miles, but LESS than 150 miles, you must book at least one full day and pay $50 travel fee. HOWEVER...the travel fee will be waived if you book two, consecutive, full-day programs.
If you are MORE than 150 from Tyler, but LESS than 300 miles you must book at least two consecutive full-day programs and pay $125 in travel. HOWEVER, if you book three consecutive, full-day bookings, then the travel fee is waived.
If you are MORE than 300 miles from Tyler, but are still located in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, or Mississippi then you must book at least three consecutive, full-day bookings and pay $325 in travel fees. However, travel fees are waived if you book at least 4 consecutive, full-day bookings.

Full-day Texas Motivational Speaker Programs consist of 3-5 presentations (multiple presentations of ONE program). Half-day programs consist of 1 or 2 presentations of a single program. Full-day programs CAN be split between two schools at no additional charge. Thus, each school if they split could end up paying just $375.

Half-Day Program: $500
Full-Day Program: $750
